“Saturday Night Live” poked fun at the Democratic National Committee after Democrats “won governor races in two of the 10 states” they cared about in Tuesday night’s series of elections.

“The Dems are back,” cast member Kate McKinnon impersonating House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said in the pre-recorded sketch before her colleague Mikey Day as Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., repeated her message in Spanish.

Kaine often stumped in Spanish on the 2016 campaign trail in an effort to connect with Hispanic voters as Hillary Clinton’s running mate.
